With over 30 years of experience in neighborhood revitalization, community development, housing finance and development and program strategy, Freddie holds expert knowledge and the voice for redefining and redesigning community impact. Realizing the disparity in access and opportunities for vulnerable communities, Freddie is intentional about supporting organizations and institutions that support community. With ReGen, Freddie is closing the gap that hinders impactful change in urban and rural communities.
With past professional experience in private, public, and non-profit sectors including agencies like ATL Housing Authority and the Dekalb County Government, Freddie became well-versed in housing redevelopment, homeownership assistance and program modeling, organizational strategy, operations, and senior level project management.
